  • This means your card issuer reserves the funds, but no money is taken at this stage.
  • Pre-authorisation ensures we can secure payment only after stock availability is fully confirmed.

1.2 Stock verification with supplier

  • After the order is submitted, we immediately contact our authorised supplier or warehouse to verify that the item is:In stockAvailable for immediate dispatchFree from any shipping restrictions or delays

1.3 Processing the final payment

  • Once we receive confirmation that your item is available:We process the actual payment (your card is officially charged).Your order is then prepared for dispatch.
